Jean Hartman has a B.S. degree in Fashion Merchandising and Apparel Design from Virginia Tech University.  Upon graduation she worked as a Manager for Lord and Taylor Department stores.

Jean lives outside Washington, DC, in Ashburn, Va. Over the years her expertise and experience has assisted thousands of brides in planning, outfitting and pulling off the perfect wedding day!  She is dedicated to each and every bride and customer service is her top priority.  You cannot do better than By Invitation Only and Jean Hartman.
